Delivery
We can deliver multi. products in several different ways:
- Delivery to the nearest Omniva parcel locker;
- Shipping abroad.
Shipping fees:
- Delivery to the nearest Omniva parcel locker – €3.5;
- Shipping abroad – €7.5.
• Normally, the products are delivered to the Buyer at the address provided by them: within 4-7 working days in Lithuania and within 7-14 working days to other countries. The Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery of goods may be delayed, but in any case, the products must be delivered no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the Buyer's payment confirmation.
• In all cases, the Seller is exempt from liability for delayed delivery of goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or circumstances beyond the Buyer's control.
• If, due to the fault of the Buyer or circumstances beyond their control, the delivery and transfer of goods to the Buyer do not take place at the agreed time (e.g., after delivering the products to the address provided by the Buyer, it is found that the delivery address is incorrect or no one is found at the specified address to receive the goods, etc.), the Seller or their Courier, by their order, contacts the Buyer and agrees on a mutually suitable new delivery time. For such additional delivery, the Seller has the right to demand the Buyer to pay an additional delivery fee.
• Upon delivery of the products to the address provided by the Buyer, the goods are handed over to the Buyer or any other person at the address specified by the Buyer. The Buyer confirms their understanding that any person at the delivery address specified by the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer's representative) will be considered a suitable person to receive the goods.
