To return goods, the Buyer must adhere to the following conditions:

1.1 The returned product must be in its original, undamaged packaging (transparent packaging bag and 2 informational cards);
1.2 The product must be undamaged;
1.3 The product must be unused, i.e., it must retain its original appearance (intact labels, unharmed embroidered logo, the product is unwashed). (This point does not apply when returning a defective product);
1.4 The returned product must be of the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer.

2.1 The Seller has the right to refuse the return of goods by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the prescribed procedure for returning goods;
2.2 In the case of returning the wrong product and/or a defective product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with suitable similar items;
2.3 In cases where the Seller does not have suitable replacement products, the Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid by the Buyer, excluding the delivery cost.
2.4 If you’d like to return an item:

• You can do so within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
• The item must be:
• Unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
